About Olbiatech

Olbiatech is an AI automation company helping service-based businesses respond faster, reduce missed opportunities, and operate more efficiently with practical AI systems.

Olbiatech was originally founded by Helin over six years ago and has since evolved into an AI automation company. Today, with Orçun joining as Co-Founder to lead engineering and technical delivery, we combine commercial strategy with strong technical execution to build reliable AI automation systems for real business workflows.

Our focus is not to add AI for the sake of it. We build systems that solve practical problems: missed calls, slow replies, manual follow-ups, appointment booking, lead reactivation, customer support, internal reporting, and repetitive admin work.

Meet Helin

I'm Helin, Founder of Olbiatech, where I lead product direction, commercial strategy, growth, and client relationships.

My background spans 15+ years across business development, sales, IT, cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, data centres, and telecommunications. I've spent most of my career helping businesses use the right technology to work more efficiently, reduce operational waste, save time, and create clearer business value.

At Olbiatech, my focus is understanding how a business actually works — the missed calls, slow replies, manual follow-ups, messy processes, repetitive admin, and disconnected systems that quietly cost time and revenue. Then we turn those problems into AI systems that respond faster, book appointments, follow up, and keep operations moving.

I believe AI should be useful, human, and simple to adopt. No buzzword soup. No unnecessary complexity. Just smart systems that help businesses run better.

And yes, I will probably ask at least once:
"Why is nobody replying to leads after 6 pm?"

That is usually where Olbiatech comes in.

Meet Orçun

I'm Orçun, Co-Founder of Olbiatech, where I lead engineering, system architecture, technical implementation, integrations, and delivery.

I bring 20+ years of backend development experience, with a strong background in banking and financial technology environments where reliability, security, performance, and clean system architecture are critical. That experience shapes how I approach every automation we build: it needs to be practical, stable, scalable, and dependable in real business conditions.

My role is to turn business requirements into reliable, working AI automation systems. That includes designing the technical structure, building workflows, connecting tools, managing integrations, and making sure each system works properly in real operational environments.

At Olbiatech, I focus on the technical execution behind the scenes: voice agents, chatbots, booking workflows, CRM connections, data handling, notifications, reporting flows, and custom automations. The goal is to make every system practical, stable, and easy for the client to use.

I believe good technology should feel simple on the outside, even when there is a lot happening behind the scenes. If the client has to fight with the system, the system has failed.
